Hi, I have learned over the years to be my own advocate. I speak up and explain that I need those questions answered. If they don't give you any answers, then ask if they have a time to go over your questions and write down their thoughts. And if they say that they don't have the time to do that ask if you can set up another time to just ask those questions. If you've tried that and still have gotten no were speak to your primary doctor. Explain what has been happening and see what he says to do. I hope this helps you. Don't let them run over you. Be strong!!!!!

I hate to say but above information is right. Doctors only treat symptoms and the whole body is really up to us. Many treatments I have had have been more harmful than good. Making that list is good. I did this too and faxed it into my doctor week b4 I went in. Doctor didn’t like this but was more ready to see the whole picture than a single issue. She did tell me that some things she refreshed herself on so she was current. Other than that she thought my faxes were a bit kookoo but that didn’t concern me. Good luck , it’s a journey my friend, you will find your path.

Fire your doctor, he is incompetent at best. You need a good doctor. Read these sights and you’ll learn a lot. Once they start you on spinal surgeries, it’s a never-ending nightmare. When one part of the spine is altered, the rest of the spine gets worse to make up for the surgery.

Ideas: always sit at home with a heating pad on your spine to reduce pain. In bed, try your best to slowly stretch your body, and lie flat with a low pillow. Cherries or cherry juice sold in food stores helps with pain, Tiger Balm Muscle Rub helps for 4 hours at a time, always wear good shoes for support, and pray for everyone who is in pain as I pray for you. I’ve had severe pain over 30 years. Dvds, music, and daydreaming helps a lot. I use a cane at home and electric scooter for shopping. My husband gets items off shelves for me. I’m Deborah B.
