Does anyone else have spinal stenosis and resulting leg numbness/pain/weakness when walking? I’ve had stenosis affecting my walking to some degree since I was 26. I keep hearing I’m “too young,” so I’m just curious if others on here experience it as well.
Spinal stenosis is a pain. Pun intended. It's a different type of pain especially when it takes your legs out suddenly. It lingers around. I find a tumeric and collagen smoothie helps take the edge… read more
Recently I've been having neck pain, which feels stiff and my hands sometimes feel a little numb or like I'm getting pins and needles. My arms are fine it's just my neck and hands. Could anyone please tell me if this is related to the spondylitis in my spine? Many thanks.

No one on this and other forums about lifelong suffering has anything easy about their life. Every day is a triumph over death. Why not share more triumph? Venting is good, but probably better and more appropriately done with a paid therapist trained at handling it. Lashing out at strangers for sharing a win over chronic disease perpetuates the misery. I don't… read more
I like to remain as positive as I can. And find something to be grateful and thankful for each day.
