Last night I just felt like my body was lacking something, like I needed some fruit.Went to store and loaded up on fruit.Had some and instantly I felt better🤔
I know when i start craving sour things my body needs folic acid. So yes our body tells us what we need if we could just learn what it all means
Its been 4 days since all those xrays, do they call you with tge results or do they make you wait til your next appointment?
I had to call to get the results put in my portal. SMH. They know we are worried about the results they should call us. So call them.
I have a memory foam mattress and sleep with a pillow between my knees this really helps
I have no problem taking meds that help me but the prices are ridiculously expensive like 3,000 a month so I said no, cannot afford and even though the meds do help with slowing down the progressing I have to say no. Does anyone taking these meds.
In canada cosentyx have a program for helping with the expense. They send me 3 seringue for christmas. And it change my life. Not perfect yet but cannot live without it.
Yesterday I had an ESR 8 test that was high off the chart high, and if you read my ct and MRI scans they all say degenerative disc, spondylosis, are present. I have had problems with mouth ulcers for a long time but over the last six months they are a constant problem. I suspect naproxen is making worse. Does anyone else have issues with this? Is it medication or due to condition itself?

After taking enbrel for 8 months without any benifit. I seem to have gone down hill. The last 6 have been bad. Meds doing nothing. Could enbrel have left a lasting side effect or is it just A S causing all my moans. How can I tell when symtoms are so similar??

I cannot stand on my feet an longer than 15-20 minutes before they are absolutely killing me. My diagnosis are AS, Fibromyalgia, sjogrens, Raynauds, and neuropathy.
