Yes the inflammation when TS high t is so painfull but suger bread I cut out also hardly ever eat white potatoes and I grill every thing xi find this helps big time xxxhugs

I believe in living in a state of gratitude. Gratitude creates happiness, for you, and for others, no? But I have to admit, I’m at my ropes and with my rheumatologist. I’m living in an area where I have choices—Choices that my mom, who lived in a rural area with rheumatoid arthritis, never had. I am grateful for that. Still, if we all were to give feedback to the rheumatologist of the world, what would we ask for most from them?
I think I would ask if they treat all patients with the same order and protocol or if they individualize treatment based on the feedback and concerns of each patient.
I’ve been getting UTIs every month for almost a year. When I was younger I could work with the occasional one. Now I get very sick 4-5 days before getting the typical symptoms of burning, etc. At my age of 64 there’s a very real chance of getting septic from these. Anyway, I’m going to take a break from biologics and methotrexate for about 6 months. Seeing rheumatologist in 2 weeks to discuss it with him and I know he won’t like it.
