I am now in my 40s with Ulcerative Colitis with associative arthritis and Ankylosis Sponydlitis and Fibromyalgia. Recently, I had occasion that the pain was severe and it also felt like my upper right abdomen felt full like that movie Alien where an alien popped out of the man's stomach area. Went to doc, had tests. Could not find the cause. Henceforth it finally went away except for the normal pain that I have all the time in the right side of my back.

Hello everyone,I was diagnosed with AS in 2019, and taking Humira. I was wondering how long others have had AS and were you taking Humira, and for how long? I'm fairly young and to read some of the cases that are worse than mine is frightening. I don't want to progress to that depth of pain. Don't get me wrong I've had some pain, but I'm curious as to how long others have lived with AS.
I was diagnosed with a rheumatoid arthritis in 2010 and in 2022 I was diagnosed with spondyloarthritis

The article mentions that one of the symptoms is sometimes psoriasis, in addition to other common psoriatic arthritis symptoms such as heel pain and IBD etc. Wouldn't the correct diagnosis then be Psoriatic Spondylitis? Whats the difference when there is no evident fusion? Do treatments between the two differ?

You need to quit smoking. I know it's hard but I did it and my sister just did. It's not good for the bones and healing. It interferes with healing. Puts you at higher risk for complications. Hugs
I fell in store Recently nothing is broke on xrays. Dr said it shows arthritis in every area where I fell which is where the pain is . Prior to the fall these area did not hurt. It's been a month no relief
