Oh yes. I need my magnesium every night or my skin just crawls off my bones. Good nutrition is very important.
@A MySpondylitisTeam Member I have Ulcerative Colitis (UC) and as a result I learned that my gut can’t neutralize histamine which leads to inflammation. I am gonna try a DAO supplement to help neutralize histamine. I am in the process already of modifying my diet. But also due to Ulcerative Colitis (UC) my body does not absorb nutrition well, so I have to supplement. Alongside UC came associated arthritis and arthrothopy, and Ankylosis Spondylitis and Fibromyalgia. Point being that I am taking steps with diet, but I require supplements that I can’t get through food and as I age my nutritional requirements have also gone up. Even intimacy is an issue, because it back fires on me…body leaches too much nutrition like Potassium, Iron, and Magnesium. Its why I am trying to find a good multivitamin to fill that need.

I use the dissolving form that goes into water on bad Fibro days, anxiety days, or when I need to calm down for sleep. I use the brand called Calm. Flavors are gross, but it works well with warm/hot water. If I can’t use that or pill form, then I go to blue berries, pomegranate, and bread for necessary carbs only.
