Does anyone know what foods I should avoid to help keep down the inflammation? I believe I read that sugar was a culprit, but I need more information. Please and thank you!
High sodium in condiments, sauces, and like Christina said high sugars from sweets can cause bloating especially the two together. Drink lots of water if you do enjoy the sugary treats and the Mexican or Italian foods, or soups. Just read labels, Bloating make the joints and bones hurt! But I am sure you knew that part. You might can go on the internet under inflammation food list, acid foods and alkaline foods. That helps me, good luck.
Dairy makes me hurt. I now eat plant based cheese and almond milk.

Yes, thank you. I have learned that sugar makes me hurt more, but did not consider salt. However, you are right. I remember pre-menopausal bloat having to stay away from anything with even a hint of salt. Makes so much sense. I will remember this going forward. Thanks again!
