I recently found out my B3 / niacin levels are on the ragged low edge of normal and have since had other practitioners point out visual signs of a niacin deficiency. Since it is a water soluble vitamin higher doses will just be excreted through your kidneys. It would be ok to take a regular dose and see how you feel.
