I do but I’ve had a head injury . I think pain really makes it worse . It’s like your brain is thinking I’m concentrating on the pain I can’t do anything else . 😆

Yes, all the time, I write notes to myself; and I still forget things. Very frustrating!

Yes, It can be so embarrassing when talking to someone. I sometimes wonder if I am getting dementia or caused by the pain medication.
