Pretty well the question above is what I would like to know. My whole spine has so many issues and god help me first spine surgery L4 TO S1 both sides at this point. Next hopefully new kneecap since that's really done. I know I'll have to look after myself and that's fine did that when I was married at the time and that was brain surgery sorry not a pity party. Just wondering how your partner reacted/changed once you were basically bed ridden.
I am numb with intercourse.i gave up
My guy will not try half the time. He is afraid he will hurt me. I told him that if he wants it just go for it and if I am in pain we can move to a different level to make it better. Sometimes it just takes a lot of adjusting to what I call the new mormal (that changes all the time...lol)
I guess I'm really lucky. My husband has always been incredibly supportive and loving. He's had times where he's literally gone 2 years "without" and his response has been "I've got 2 hands!!". As long as we cuddle, talk, share time together he's fine. I'd worry he's a cheater if he had the opportunity but he literally works 300 yards from our house in a small office with 3 other guys, his down time is spent with me, my daughter or on his Xbox, he doesn't even go out drinking. We have been best friends since we were 20 though so I suppose he's dealt with soooo much since then he takes it in stride. I'm truly blessed.
No
Hard to be interested when it increases migraine intensity. Talking sexy helps until we have a private evening with little pain and no kids.
