Hi Ladies, look into BPC-157 for those tendon/ligament connective tissue issues. It's a combination of specific amino acids fairly well studied to assist in faster soft tissue recovery. After one month of being on it regularly I finally noticed a big jump in improvement of my torn gluteus medius and hip labrum. Definite improvement in pain level, range of motion, function and strength. My functional medicine dr has me taking it for 2 months then off for a month. Cycles. Good for rapid skin healing for psoriasis is GHK-CU. I take this one orally for amazing skin boost results. My first run with "tennis elbow" was in my late 30s. I've had it off an on, typically lasts about 6 months. Specific strength building of the biceps, forearms, and triceps helps if you do it consistently.on a regular basis. Repetitive use or position can cause irritation and inflammation of the tendons. Hope this helps. Regular exercise and nutritional boost is the ideal treatment for soft tissue injuries. Oh yeah, BTW, prednisone and other steroids as well as Nsaids will put your tendons at greater risk for injury. Yours in better health P😌🙏

Hello Pitac,
Hope you are keeping well. Thank you for your care and great support. Wish we were closer!
Hello Jennifer, lovely to meet you too.
It’s getting worse I am rubbing gels but not helping much, a few weeks I asked for a blood test the one that does the inflammation check and my inflammation was low but had this since end of September, unfortunately myself and rheumatologist don’t see eye to eye he wants me back on biologics I don’t want to after all the infections I had last time.
My next appointment with rheumatologist is a phone appointment in March I haven’t seen him for a year.
I will get back on n touch with physio I have a lot going right now so sort that out when I can.
Yes I do take that occasionally.
I am glad it’s all helping you and it does thank you.
Take care hugs 🤗
Hello Jan,
Lovely to meet you.
So sorry your elbow is still giving you pain.
Might be a good idea to see Rheumatologist. When I did see mine, she ordered a specific ultra sound that diagnosed immflamation.
My GP put it all down to over use which it wasn't. It was random and I have never had tennis elbow in all of my life.
I also saw my physio who gave me gentle strengthening exercises too.
Mine at present, isn't as bad as it was 5 months ago. I am doing better. I also take Naproxyn to assist.
In the future due to AS and PSA, it won't probably be the last time I experience it. Good news for me is, I know and can manage it.
I hope this helps Jan and sending hugs
