My elbows both hurt periodically. From what I've red, inflammation of any joint or tendon can occur with axial spondylitis (which is what I have). Heat always helps me.
I suddenly developed an achingly pain in my right elbow that's been lingering for about 30 days that doesn't seem to be getting better as of this moment. I haven't engaged in any different physical activities that I can attribute the onset of the constant dull pain to.

Yes Jan it is. I found that the cortisone helped for about 2 months then it wore off. It works for some people and doesn't work much for others. For some people it can last up to 6 months.
