I get all my shots and it's so much better I had Cobra three or four times on top of heartache you know I had heart attacks like for a massive at 51 years of age 3 TI/have spondulitis diabetes RA osteoporosis Sarah negative RA I got a lot of stuff wrong and drop feet both of them on polynoropathy I broke my back head back surgery but I'm tell you what I'm putting my flowers in and some days I can walk and some days I can't but I try to get my stuff done but I can't do a lot of other stuff I can't drive or anything just keep trying guys That's all you can do and listen to your doctor
Have you ever got the Shingles? I had it two, 1st time wasn't so bad felt like heat rash around my waist. 2nd time, OMG it got in my nervous system and I was down for a week. couldn't walk or just laying there hurt so bad. When I doctor told I could get the shot I did. Actually, I just my shot on Wednesday, it hurt and my arm still hurts but it's nothing compared to the last shingles I had
