I get random bouts of hives that appear for no reason. Most often around my chest, belly, arms, and thighs!

I get some itching but not much evidence to link it to the AS.....

Many do as a side affect to meds, especially narcotics like codeine and morphine based ones. Try benadryl to counter that. Baths in colloidal oatmeal are excellent for eczema and psoriasis.
