@A MySpondylitisTeam Member. Only when I pull them right out of the cup and pop em right back in my mouth.π¬
Just kidding! I have all my original teeth and they're quite nice!
Maybe the dog is licking your face while you're sleeping with your mouth open. Aaaaacck!
Sigh. I digress. Trying to make folks chuckle.
Film over your teeth is from dehydration.π
I try to drink at least ninety oz of water a day and it seems to help
Yes a lot and a weird taste too.
I get it if I've not drunk enough during the day, it's horrible when it happens all down your throat as well as the teeth and gums.
I'm always dehydrated, even if I drink over 5 litres in a day. I've been tested and I'm not diabetic so I'm guessing it could be something to do with my PoTS.
You might think about checking your blood sugar, as a type two diabetic if my blood sugar goes above 120 while I sleep my mouth becomes very dry and it will feel like inside my lips, tongue, inside my cheeks are all glued together. I keep a large thermal glass with diet Pepsi in it as the carbonation helps unglue my mouth. I wake up many times during the night a will take a drink to wet my mouth. I also take a 80 mg of a diuretic to remove the water that makes my legs swell during the day while I work. So all my blood work indicates that I am dehydrated. But if my blood sugars stay below 100 while I sleep I don't have the dry mouth problems.
