Since having a massive sinis infection 2 years ago, my right ear has felt full and affects hearing. Dr added diltiazam to regulate BP due to reaction to vaccines and booster shot 2 years ago. I felt since I had sinus issues anyway, the diltiazam brought on the infection (side effects of diltiazam and I discontinued it. ). When booster shot wore off, BP went back to normal. But my hearing never improved. The weather (barometric pressure) also affects my ear. Hearing tests show my eardrum… read more

It released a lot of years long knotted muscle and tendon fascia from the misalignment too. Keeping it loose, massaged, hydrated and posture corrected has helped tremendously for several years now. The trick is the vigilant mindfulness of not allowing my head to drop forward while looking down, a subconscious move that's horrible for human necks. Hard to keep focused with so many distractions of modern life.😌

The PT helped you put your cervical vertebrae back into a functional position. Kudos to you for finding and acting on the solution.

I had excruciating inner earache pain for a few years, ENTs, 3 different ones, all had different diagnoses and recommendations. Drugs (topomax) no; rhinoplasty no; Organic essential tremor of the throat, tongue, vocal cords, no no no. Maxillofacial surgeon recommended botox injections into fine muscles on skull behind the ear to stop spasms, sometimes helpful til I lost feeling on that side of my face while eating. Drool drool dribble😝. After all that I went to a DOCTOR of Physical Therapy, he worked directly on the fascia and showed me exercises to pull my head back off of ears forward of shoulders position. That solved the problem after about 6-9 months of doing as instructed every day. That was about 8 years ago, ears have not been a problem for so much as an hour ever since. Yours in better health P ☺️ 🙏

So where are the answers to these questions? I also have an ear issue. It sounds like rocks rolling in my left ear when I move my head. Dr. Thought my stapes bones might be broken but a ct scan was negative..
