- Talk to HR: Discuss any needed accommodations with your HR manager. Businesses with more than 15 employees must provide reasonable accommodations under the ADA.
- Prepare for Discussions: Make a list of topics and questions before talking to your supervisor or HR.
- Doctor's Input: Ask your doctor to explain how accommodations can help and share this with HR.
