I have a lot of hand, finger, and shoulder arthritis so I’m leaning towards the standing ones. Any advice?

I feel an upright walker may be best but my walker is standard as I am short and can adjust hand grips to what I need

I have a Guardian from Amazon. 4 wheels and a seat and storage under the seat.
It’s been a real good choice.
My Physical Therapist said the stand up ones aren’t good for you.
