Anyone out there have both Ankylosing Spondylitis and Generalized Myasthenia Gravis. I have been fighting MG (seronegative) for over two years with little success regarding leg fatigue/muscle weakness (also double vision/shallowing issues). Mostly housebound.

Recently diagnosed with AS...doc says early and not active but now has started me on Cosentyx. Wondering if any chance this will help my MG symptoms?

Thanks. Yes I have a MG specialist and now a RA Specialist. Have fought the MG for two plus years. RA is new. Stayed out of the hospital (mostly) with the MG, but weakness is such that I am 95% house bound and no way could I work or live an even semi active normal life. Feel like I am caught between specialists... each one say problem is "the other disease" Big accomplishment is to be able to get to pool therapy twice a week. Some weeks can't even manage that. Cheers!
