@A MySpondylitisTeam Member, my left hand has been asleep for 3 years. MRI showed a cyst in my spine, near my neck, they believe it is that or could be my stroke. 2008.
I would have your doctor order an MRI, maybe something is pinching.
All the best to you. God bless.

Neck pain radiating down to the shoulder and hand can indeed be related to nerve issues. According to the knowledge base:

- One member shared, “I suffer from agonizing popping and pain in my neck, and I often end up in tears. My back pain leaves me in absolute agony and feeling many years older than I am.”
- Another member mentioned, “My arms feel like they have been asleep and that tingling feeling runs down them.”

These symptoms can be associated with spondylitis and may indicate nerve involvement. It's important to consult with a healthcare provider for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan.

@KarenAnnicchlarlco, I have a deep tissue 1-hour massage coming up in August.
Can hardly wait, last time, I left her with no pain. It came back, but I use a tennis ball to work out the trigger points. Wishing you the best.
