Have leaks usually when the recurring UTI'S are about. Dr prescribed Methenamine but CVS can't seem to get it in stock. Spondylitis,scoliosis too. Seeing new orthopedic Dr this week. Maybe he can see pattern(s) missed by others. Good luck to us all.

@A MySpondylitisTeam Member. I seem to have sensitive bladder and urethra. I have to be careful with drinking too much tea or soda. I find it to be irritating. Also dehydration aggravates it. I have to relax it with hot tub bath soaks and take prophylactic microdantin 200 mg when it’s acting up to prevent bladder infections. Rectum leaks sometimes too and is sporactic. I don’t understand the rectum issue.

Yes extreme issues my Neurologist told me this is an issue to be diagnosed at a research Hospital University Neurology and Muscular issues. So I’m waiting on a referral and then for them to set my appointment. Hoping they pinpoint what’s is going on I’ll add more info as I go forward on my journey to seek answers. Thanks. Diane
