Thank you. I’ve been diagnosed with bronchitis and now on inhales and antibiotics. Which is now helping. I e been vaccinated and also boosters. Apparently I e got long Covid. I will look into your suggestion

Not knowing any of your comorbidities and whether you were vaxxed or boosted, I still would say you have longhaulers syndrome. Look up FLCCC and their protocols on longhaulers. Also do deep breathing using your diaphragm. Keep exercising. Don't lose hope.

Yes I had to do breathing treatments but the key to that one is go outside and do the treatments so you don’t contaminate the air where you are and inhaler help’s too. But the scariest moment is when you are trying to take a breath and you can’t get your brain to work. Blood pressure dropped to 50/20 then spiked to 154/100
