I don’t want to sound silly but I’m assuming you’ve had labs to see this? Red blood cells are the ones that carry oxygen through our blood. I do know that AS can mess with your RBC and WBC even along with your platelets.. I get low RBC causing anemia, it’s from the inflammation… what symptoms do u have? Have you gone to your dr? HIGH RBC is different that can be heart and pulmonary to dehydration… please be looking into this… being seeing your dr…you can talk to me anytime, I hope you get the answers your looking for and you feel better 🤩🥰🍀

Family Dr just did blood work because I was feeling drained of energy and having stomach issues with my Crohn's and the blood work came up with red and white cells up I've had high white cells many times before but never high red cells
