With spondylitis I go through server exhaustion during a flare up. I tend to push myself to exercise but it doesn't help my exhaustion although it helps with my aches and pains. I must be caureful not to over do it or it takes a few days to be able to e exercise again. Exhaustion comes woth flareups.
