I have always attributed my muscle spasms to restless leg (actually all limbs) syndrome. I take prampixerole for it. The symptoms seem to increase when I consume a lot of sugary foods & drinks.

Me too, I can actually watch the muscle on my upper thigh roll up and cause a strange pain...wtf

YES indeed it does cause tightness in many of my muscles. Also "locking up" of my fingers and toes. Painful stiffness. Enough said.🥀

iv asked around about this many times because it is one of my worst symptoms and it seems to be rare along with pubis osteitis severe pain inbetween my legs so severe it hurts to walk a normal stride I have to take baby steps and front of the thigh muscular pain. plus major pain directly where my si joints are, my entire butt cheeks.

I have hip & thigh nerve pain from fibromyalgia all of the time now. Worsens with walking. I would do anything to get rid of it.
