Good day everyone, I am having major flair ups when I walk on upward inclines, for example, up steps or up the hill outside. This is a problem because I live in a two story house. I try to stay on one level for the majority of the day. Does anyone else have this? Any recommendations?

I have recently diagnosed with AS and tried Humira for 3months-break for1 month-comeback for another month-then stopped. My doctors asked me to stop and also some insurance problems. Right now what I can see when I'm one Humira that my neck, shoulders, and upper back stiffness improve But NOT my Lower back.
