Good day everyone, I am having major flair ups when I walk on upward inclines, for example, up steps or up the hill outside. This is a problem because I live in a two story house. I try to stay on one level for the majority of the day. Does anyone else have this? Any recommendations?

I do have pain in my sternum. When I lean forward over the computer it triggers pain in my chest, like right now. Could it be both ES and AS?
