I have taken Xeljanz for about 5 yrs and am in a conversation with my rheumatologist about whether it is time to change. Symptoms that I never had before have started over the last 6-8 mo. Lower back pain, fatigue, low energy.
Have u tried methotrextrait
I have been on Humira a full three months. I have had minimal pain and stiffness relief (probably 10 %). My rheumatologist acted like it’s not worth keeping me on the medicine and asked me to stop taking it for now and didn’t offer any other type of meds. Is there something else that has worked better for you if Humira hasn’t?
Sincerely frustrated,

thank you, Ashley!
I fought tooth and nail to get this medication because I refused to go down the road of injectables again. I was on Humira and Enbrel. I have been diagnosed with PsA. The psoriasis are starting. I have read John Pagano's book and am drinking Slippery Elm tea in the morning and Saffron tea at night. I am eating a very strict diet of no starch. My question is do I have to take drugs or a biologic? So many people say do the anti-inflammatory diet and then the rheumatologists are pushing drugs and biologics. I have back and knee pain, but nothing that tylenol doesn't fix. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I just fear all the… read more
