I've been on Narco 7.5 mg for 5 months 3 x a day. That's all and finally am getting 10 mg a day. I won't know until this Sunday if it works. I can only fill one prescription a month period. It doesn't matter if there's an extra day in the month and I'm short

Just been reading about Chia seeds ref. Patient.co.uk. These seeds are reported to have many health benefits. The benefit that got my attention was their ability to reduce chronic inflammation by containing antioxidants such as caffeic acid.
So before i throw my Arcoxia away and add these seeds to my breakfast has any one had any experience of them.

I often see that people take these meds but don't know what the names of them are so I can ask the doctors if they would help me sleep without so much pain. If you take them please can you give me the name of the medication you take and if it helps. Thank you. X

I'm on Gabapentin 600mg 3 times a day. A hot bath soak and after I put on a Flector patch. All of the above lasts but a short while.
Also maybe finding it harder to come across words?

Almst 49 an back in 97 hurt bck doing nursing and was told have herniated disc on L4,5 L5S1 n pinched sciatica. Also bursitis in R hip from when I was pregnant with my son. I have a spinal fusion, spinal cord stimulator, and I am in pain management program but they do not have urgent appoints and will not adjust meds between appointments so they tell be to go to the ER but the ER staff treat me like an addict. I currently have a hugh bruise going across my back and hip from a fall 2 days ago and am in terrible pain. Any one else running into these problems of caught in the middle between pain management and ER?
