My Doctor is very nice but just gives exercise papers to stretch the body .
It seems there only advice at the moment is to give papers out because of Covid can't go to appointments or physio

I am 53 yo female, recently diagnosed with an Inflammatory arthritis, HLA B27 positive. I have been treating the pain with Zorvolex ...usually 35 mg twice a day and although I have also been prescribed Humira, I don’t want to take it. My Rheumatoligist has suggested that get in infusionssf Siponi Aria? I am going to get my booster next week then I have to wait 2 weeks before I start the infusions

I’m new here so please bear with me. 3 days ago I was feeling good and went outside to do some light cleanup. After a couple of hours I sat down to take a rest and BOOM- I felt like I was hit by a truck! My rheumatologist has switched me from Humira to Cosentyx but my first injection is not for 2 more days. I have a lot of pain in tendons, ligaments, enthesis, bursa, etc., and am wondering if others have seen much improvement if they, too, have switched? Ty
