Is anyone taking a biological to treat both these conditions? I have to switch off Humira to something else. I check out Cimzia but their assistance program does not apply if you have medicare. Thus, far too expensive. I would rather not do Remicade because of the transfusion that is a little disruptive.

71 yo female.. Just dx due to co of back pain and severe stiffness this past yr. Had issues in the past.....but I could function well. Visible bridging in thoracic spine, not much other areas. Joint pains. Positive for HLA B27 gene. Prednisone really helped. Rheumatologist rec Enbrel. Hoping insurance will cover.

Careful with the methotrexate I had a lot of side effects
I take Rinvoq and so far have had good luck at least on the Psoriasis side. I'm unfortunately beginning to accept there just isn't a help for the pain.
I am looking to boost the infection and virus fighting part of my immune system that will take a hit when I start Remicade infusion treatment. I have two yr old in daycare and he already catches alot of common stuff and brings it home to share. I take too many meds daily to add a bunch more so hoping for a good multi.
