Well, the problem with waiting is that the damage keeps happening and the pain doesn't stop. After 4 back surgeries I wouldn't hesitate to have a replacement. But that's me. Hugs

My left hip haa flared for years. I go to a stretch/motion pt every week. That, yoga, and, dont laugh, rolling the pain on a tennis ball help. I never travel without one. Good luck

Also magnesium seems to help along with medication and I also had full hip replacement and seeing some improvement

It's so frustrating how nobody sees us!! Same story here. Cane, pain, nothing....now I need a total hip replacement.

I have had tremors in my hands for a couple years now and no answer as to why.
