I have veinous insufficiency in left leg and a pocket of swelling on the outer joint with intense burning across the front (the crease where your foot begins). AS can cause other autoimmune problems. It can affect alot of things. The dull pain in your abdomen could possibly be irritable bowel syndrome. I have that. My ankles, feet, hips, elbows, wrists, fingers, neck, shoulders.....you name it, it's apart of AS. My advice, get another Rhuematologist. Sometimes things don't show up right away on an MRI, mine didn't show up right away. Take care.
