I beat back my costochondroitis with daily deep diaphragmatic breathing exercises to expand my ribcage capacity gently, slowly. It took about a year or more to get it strong enough to be able to speak clearly again. I used to have to take as deep a breath as possible and speak on the exhale because i couldnt project my voice due to constriction around the ribcage. The hot tub Dan mentioned is helpful too. I try to do that at least twice a week. Bad weeks I try to get in it 3 times, a full hour with about 6 pounds of magnesium salt is super helpful. Yours in better health P ๐ ๐
