WOW! Thanks for the great info!π€π€
@A MySpondylitisTeam Member. Sativa strains that have THC-V in their lab analysis are the best for fighting fatigue. I use cannabis to get OFF the couch, not locked to it. The trick is to keep the dose very low. Experiment with it slowly. Ask for lab analysis of the product you use. For more than just knowing whether or not it has the smaller THC-V component to it, but also to know it doesn't have toxins that cause flares or that the seller isn't lying to you just to make a sale. Always buy from reputable medical marijuana dispensaries. Hopefully they have those on St Thomas. Strains that come to my memory offhand with high THC-V content are Durban Poison, Blue Dream, and Black Thai. You'll just need to shop the actual dispensaries and ask for the lab analysis to find what's available in your area. Then start with just 2 or 3 draws of a joint or vape, or just 2.5mg of an edible (aka 1 /4 of a 10mg gummy). Even with THC-V there is a point that more becomes less. Just a little can make you want to dance all night, but just a little more can drop you to the floor. Less is more with activity desired from cannabis. Stay low, go slow. A little bit, wait 30 minutes for inhalants, 2 hours for edibles. Happy experimenting!ππ€
