I tried acupuncture but it drove me crazy. I was really sensitive to it and became extremely agitated. Therefore, it didn't work.
I tried acupuncture at 2 different places and it did not work for me. I did it for a few months then stopped
I haven't tried acupuncture for spondylitis. However, I do many other pain management techniques that are effective for relief to some extent for varying lengths of time. The most effective is to avoid the triggers that cause pain as much as possible. If all the methods fail, then occasional Tylenol for arthritis or an nsaid isn't going to cause liver damage. You just dont want to take meds all the time. Chronic inflammation without relief can extend to the liver too so it's a bit of a "catch 22" scenario. There are natural remedies as well as dietary improvements however that can turn liver disease right around. One that i take when my liver numbers are concerning is called LiverLuv by LuvbyNature. Multiple meds caused liver and kidney disease in me a few years ago. I restored those to perfect health using this supplement and thoroughly cleaning my diet up. Now my bloodwork is perfection across the board and I dont take any medications other than an occasional nsaid.
I tried it and it did not work for me. Went to two different acupunctures.
I was looking at that but not a 💯 percent sure as costs a lot and don’t want to waste money on something that isn’t going to work well or make it worse.
I was just told I do not have spondylitis but spondylosis. Does anyone have any information on this?
