I have taken Rinvoq. I had no side effects, but it just didn't work for me. I am now on Cimiza .

Side effects of most meds or biologics have many scary ones listed. My doc assured me that its kinda rare for the worse things to happen but that it must be listed. I was on Rinvoq for over a year and really had no side effects. I was taken off to be put on a biologic recently. Hope this helps. Good luck.
