@A MySpondylitisTeam Member. Everyone's feet are so unique to structure and wear and tear. Deb905 here turned me onto Barefoot shoes by Hike last year. After foot surgery she swears by them, but, then, she also "needs" more surgery so... I dont know. I did buy 4 pairs and do love them. I purchased the orthopedic inserts they come with and find them more comfortable like that. I wear them while doing PT and love how lightweight and stable they are. I put my prescription orthotics in that pair and like them quite well for toe room, that they enable you to use your toes, lightweight and stable grip on outsoles. Great around the house and short errands. A big part of foot problems for many people is not engaging the ENTIRE foot (all 5 toes to heels) when standing, walking, etc. Yibh P πŸ˜ŒπŸ™
