Im sorry to hear about your situation. No pain is ever easy to deal with..i hope you find something better along your journey 🙏
I had my first spinal cord stimulator implanted in 2003. This last December I had my battery upgrade replacement implanted for my third upgrade. I also have several failed multi-level fusions with titanium rods cages and screws. I also have a pain pump implanted. I agree, not everyones' body accepts foreign parts "medical grade or not". On the flip side for me, I wouldn't give up either my SCS or pain pump. I would however and am currently thinking long and hard about allowing another spinal/cervical surgical procedures due to profound lackluster results in the past.

Better check with your pulmonologist that the HFX device doesnt mess with the Pacemaker, or the titanium already inside. Id imagine that could be a problem but im no med pro.
Thank You, for your reply. I agree that the body can reject implanted devices. I do have a implanted Pacemaker. When I had a Lumbar Fusion they implanted Titanium Screws and Rods. Including bone graft and little small spacers in between disc as well. So I already have Implants in my body...hoping I can reduce pain meds especially narcotics.
I've not heard of that. I will not agree to have anything implanted. Many of these so called cervical or nerve stimulation often become problematic. Anything foreign in the body can be rejected
