@A MySpondylitisTeam Member. I took Humira for a few months and quit because it did nothing for me. No side affects either that i recall.

Nutritional deficiencies are the most common cause of hair loss. Try eating more eggs, nuts, avocados, berries, spinach, sweet potatoes to name a few foods that have biotin, healthy fats, and vitamins A, B5, C, and K to name a few. I, personally, have found great success by adding a supplement called Viviscal to my good diet. All that said, it's normal for women as well as men to experience significant hair loss around 80. To live so long is a blessing with or without hair. Embrace it and get a beautiful garden tattoo to crown your achievement! 🥳

I had good experience.was more able to get through the day. But now I have the hair loss. 🥴 Rheumatology is looking into other reasons for the hair loss. Otherwise he may try me on Maybe try another biologic.
