Iโ€™m reading about this diet.
This will take me a week or so to figure this out.
I already took lactose out of my diet & gluten products.

Further study will be necessary for me.

I appreciate the information.

I do not have this condition but I have other illnesses. So far I have been able to improve my lungs thru natural therapy.

My Pulmonologist said I may have to take Methotrexate, I have not taken this drug yet.
Drugs have side effects & my goal is to minimize side effects.

Aqua yoga helped my breathing.

I would suggest reviewing the medication you take & the side effects with a pharmacist & a doctor.

And see if you have alternatives.

Thats how i started, first gluten, then lactose, then insoluble fibers. That wasn't enough to get me out of the bathroom reliably. My gastroenterologist, whom i havent needed to see again since he recommended it, suggested i try the FODMAP diet. It includes gluten and lactose bans, but also many plant foods as well that are very good for most people. Thats why it took many years for me to figure out what i needed to avoid. Its been 12 years and i have tried to add back some of the foods to avoid, but no can do. Misery is just not worth it.

I actually intended the suggestion for Laura based on her question and all her sensitivities. I thought you had it all figured out already Lisa. ๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿ˜‰ Youre one of my "guides" in the homeopathic approach world in managing this mess. ๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿ™
