I’ve had the same issue with hand and leg shaking. I used to have serious clonus issues also. But I know have two spinal cord stimulators. My thought is that it has to do with severe nerve pain causing the shaking. You should ask about a SCS.

It is very scary. Try boosting protein intake as well as plant foods and consider asking for a Neurologist referral to rule out a Neuro condition. Also happens to me when I'm not getting enough sleep. Because sufferers of autoimmune disease are constantly waging an internal battle, we need more nutrition and sleep than average.

I as well have experience muscle spasms in the lower extremities along with hand twitching face twitching migraine headaches I've had two back surgeries I have spondylitis also my buttocks are glutes hurt as well I have to get to the point where I have to lay down and my family don't understand why I get so upset and angry but they don't understand I am hurting and this is irritating me to have to live like this I'd like to find out what I could do to help this or stop this I've done massage therapy I've done physical therapy you name it I've done it injections everything and none of it's helping please sign desperate.

If I yawn hard enough one of my hands will shake. most often the left and I get violent muscle spasms in both my legs, neck, Torso. The shaking hand has been going on for a decade at least. I hope you have as many good days as possible.
