How Do You Deal With Numbness And Tingling In Hands And Feets?
A MySpondylitisTeam Member asked a question πŸ’

I'm constantly experiencing numbness and tingling in my left arm, hands and feets. It's affecting my hand grip, and my walking.
The Neurosurgeon told me that it was a possibility that the C-2 to T-2 surgery wouldn't Solve the issue of the numbness and tingling.
How do you get relief from the numbness and tingling?

I ignore mine. I forget the one in left thigh is there. The tingling in face comes and goes depending on how I turn my head. The left big toe goes numb underneath when lumbar stenosis acts up. I don’t have serious numbness or tingling issues yet. So far I prefer it over pain.
