Nightmares are the subconscious piecing together our fears we suppress while awake.

Good luck Jean. All my life I had nightmares. Unrealized suppression. Now trauma revealed it to me 4 years ago. I addressed what was suppressed. Nightmares ended. They were crazy too. People attacking, monsters, tornadoes, cars without brakes, demons, crazy crazy and very scary. Our subconscious can be jarred, activated, and suppressed, all kinds of reaction to various things, meds, weather, who knows. A psychiatrist is very helpful, they know the medical aspects of the brain as opposed to a psychologist who just does talk therapy.😌🙏

Thank you for your reply Pitac. I am trying to get to the bottom of the bad nightmares I have been having for many years. These are not related to my life, in any way. Thought it might have been due to compression in my neck and lower skull. I cannot get comfy when I lay down on my pillow. I've been trying to find an answer to this problem, anywhere I can.
