I was suggested the following:
1. Medications
2. Injections (but have a lot of side effects so better to just avoid them)
3. Activities like swimming
4. Stretching and flexibility exercises
5. No running since it can exert extra pressure and flare the pain
6. Physical therapy
7. Avoid smoking, alcohol and meat
