The soles of my feet are very painful when I walk. I go with elderly walking groups. They will.not give me any other drug for some reason and have difficulty walking now.

I bought something called a "TENS Unit" on amazon, it is used in most Physical Therapy offices. It sends electrical vibes where you place the sticky pads. I have been using it on my feet at night for 20 minutes to see if it would assist. So far... so good. The pain has been relieved, not 100% but better than it was.

Souls of your feet? Do they feel like you've been walking barefoot on sharp rocks? Especially in the heals and ankles?
