Stress, sleepless nights (a vicious cycle), overdoing activity and eating the wrong foods.
Stress. Over doing any activity insomnia. Not eating a well balanced diet.
Stress is a major one for me!🤦♀️

Two things I see, one any change in weather hot to cold, or a windy day. Second, stress and rushing around. Over doing anything.
Good question this makes me think and become aware of issues.
