My question is what's the difference in this with the other spondy type names

Hi Mendy. The one you have is due to the vertebrae, or pads between them, slipping. It is machanical.

Spondolytis, the one on this support site, is an arthritis caused by inflammation and is in some ways similar to lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, and inflammatory bowel diseases like Chrohns. The damage is caused by the body attacking itself.
