I've been in pain since Sunday,my left leg all the way down to my foot.Its been horrible pain . Tomorrow I go to physical therapy.Hoping it will get better but it's all ready been 3days.I just don't know any more.

Yes totally agree. That is the daily challenge indeed.

Hi Vivienne, there is a fine balance between exercise and pain. So if i do too much then that will make things worse.

Hi Pearl & Tanya. Thank you for your comments. I understand and experience what you both go through. Finding balance between activity & rest is an ongoing and ever-changing discovery. Some days its almost any movement and others i feel like i can do anything but then realise, no my body absolutely hated it.
