So sorry. I know this is equally painful for you. He needs to keep moving, walking, exercising. Sometimes I can walk until the pain goes away. You have to be respectful of your body but keep yourself active.
Thank you for your response. Education on symptoms occurs online it seems and it appears to be individual. Treatment is nsaids and physio which isn't taking the symptoms completely away. I'm worried about long term damage and increased symptoms. Here we are at 24. It's hard not to let this get you down as I can't see this improving. It's a lot to sort out but I'll keep plugging away to try to be a helpful support. Thanks again for you response - much appreciated
