Do You Find Yourself Stretching And Moving Throughout The Day?
A MySpondylitisTeam Member asked a question 💭

It sounds like fidgeting but it’s different. It’s from pain and not being able to stand or sit for any period of time. Stretching out my back, shoulders, ankles, hips. It’s most annoying when I’m trying to sit and have a conversation with family or friends. The itching and scratching from the Psoriasis must be a bonus for my audience 😭

Does anyone have a regular need to stretch and move (up down up down) throughout their day ?

Yes indeed!
It feels so good to be here surrounded by others who understand🙏🏻.
Sometimes, I’m too fatigued to get up and stretch, walk out the pain. Sometimes I feel courageous enough to use some light weights to work out.
Most times I am up and down, doing one or the other to alleviate pain.
I definitely have mild psoriasis symptoms, but did not test positive. I’ll have to address that at my next appointment🤪

Love to all!

I may be sorry that I don’t exercise enough but I have to be in the mood to do certain things. I had sewing mending to do today. Only repaired one Vibram shoe before getting too stiff to do the other one. My feet swell so I buy $100 shoes that I cut up and redesign to suit myself, I usually just cut the back out and wear as slides but trying to make a pair look good with straps to wear with shorts or a dress. I’ll post a pic if they turn out cute. I love to hand sew.

Hello Pam and Sheri, it turned out that the museum had closed so arrangements were made to go to another one on the northern side of the city. With this one funds are being raised for Muscular Dystrophy.
The teddys and other toys are in a shed outside a large Villa, built in the early 1900's. Inside it is set as the style of the years, with more dolls and toys, tapestries, lace work, you name it, it was there. Even to the pull chain toilet with a floral painted bowl.
The food was catered for by the 2 sisters that live there and was also as food was in the day. With pickelts, meringues, and several other pieces of cakes.
The weather here is fine again with a gentle easterly breeze.
Blessings, hugs and Love Joan xxx

@A MySpondylitisTeam Member - you’ve been busy Joan! I’ve tried to get a few things done on the tail end of a flare up - I hope. Some days it’s really hard.

The Toy Museum sounds very interesting 😍. Enjoy your company & tea 🤗
